I've started studying Ho‘oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian healing technique that has a strong effect on inner peace, forgiveness, and tension. This approach, which has its roots in Aunty Morrnah Simeona's teachings, demonstrates how memories and the unpleasant feelings associated with them account for a large portion of our present stress. We can liberate ourselves from bad ideas, unpleasant emotions, and exhausting habits that impact our relationships and health by putting the Ho‘oponopono online teachings into practice. We can use forgiveness to finish our own healing—not simply for other people, but also for ourselves. Has anyone else tried the online lessons offered by Ho‘oponopono and benefited from them?
